Jennifer (Cahill) Ayres

Jennifer is Founder & Managing Partner of Concinnity leading a team of strategic advisors leveraging human and capital connections to help conscious leaders realize positive and sustainable change in their organizations.  Jennifer has over 20 years global management consulting experience, much of it focused helping leaders in organizations unlock the magic in their organization. She is results oriented with a proven track record for partnering with leaders to define vision and align cultural behaviors to business outcomes. Jennifer is often engaged to lead complex, challenging organizational transformations in unstructured and emerging situations. She specializes in leadership alignment, executive coaching, organizational development and change management.

Jeff Bone

Partner and Co-Founder

He has a rich knowledge base, and expertise as an entrepreneur for early stage strategy and execution. Jeff has taken point on several companies through several life-stage transitions, including strategic thinking, developing, and implementing initiatives to pivot and transform at-risk business models. Jeff has the ability to quickly assess the situational context and adapt his style to create the best value outcome for his clients.

Education: Mr. Bone graduated from Columbia Business School with an MBA in Finance and Harvard University with an AB in Government. He has served on a number of Committees and Boards for various non-profits and profit organizations.

Samantha Collins


Operational Optimization

Samantha Collins is a trusted advisor to public and private companies in the life sciences, technology, and consumer products industries. She has spent more than 10 years of her career leading large-scale, strategic and operational initiatives to drive transformational change for Fortune 500 clients in the High Tech, Media and Medical Device industries as a management consulting executive at Accenture. She is the co-founder of a media services startup specializing in streaming video and analytics technology solutions and has brought innovation and driven revenue growth for several consumer startups in the health, wellness and retail products markets.

Samantha and her teams have brought new technology products to market, developed scalable business models, deployed global solutions enabling tens of thousands of people on new enterprise technology, implemented organizational changes and delivered on highest priority M&A integration initiatives. Samantha is passionate about entrepreneurial innovation and is active in the Los Angeles startup community where she currently resides. She holds dual BS degrees in Biology and Psychology from Syracuse University.

Lisa Insley

Lisa is an experienced leader in the digital space, defining and delivering omnichannel experiences for leading brands with scale and effectiveness for over 14 years. Her expertise includes developing digital strategy, roadmaps and building product development teams and processes which deliver superior business outcomes. Lisa understands the importance of building digital capabilities and teams with long term viability in mind and is adept at managing stakeholder expectations. Skilled in Digital Product Management, Omnichannel including Voice, Digital Strategy, Human Experience Design, and Change Management.

Steve Van Valin

Steve is our thought-leader on Culture shaping strategy, employee engagement, and high-performance creative collaboration. He led the culture for 14 years at e-commerce leader QVC, to become a strategic advantage in performance. His advocacy for people seeking a deeply meaningful experience at work is expressed in his forthcoming book The Search for Meaning at Work.

Steve is also the founder of Culturology and partnered with Harvard Business School to create a breakthrough approach to change leadership based on HBS’s research called The Progress Principle.

Steve is a certified facilitator and leadership development designer known for sparking insights and inspiring action through an upbeat, positive, and creative style. His diverse experiences include inventing and patenting an ergonomic garden tool, and graduating as a master-level horticulturalist and designer. Steve is married to Kara, has two kids, two dogs, two cats, and lives in Chester Springs, PA.
