Designed and led the development of an M&A Integrated Roadmap that included critical Day 1 planning and beyond that considered the implications of the culture integration.  


Established a merger integration committee, defined a framework to assess priorities and identify synergy projects.  Developed a “Day One” plan to integrate critical processes into existing operations and developed culture change champions to support the two companies coming together in a way that promoted uniform alignment.
